Living Like a Loved One; A Journey of Healing

I invite you to follow my day to day discoveries as I begin Living Like a Loved One, I lost my Uncle to cancer a year ago in late September. It's been a challenging healing process for the entire family, and I've decided that it doesn't have to be that difficult. During the next year, I will take the most special memories of my Uncle and bring them back to a reality in my day to day life. I hope this brings comfort and enlightenment to all who subscribe.

Good Job - Day 209 of 365

MEMORY -

Uncle Pete was a proud man. Proud of his job, proud of his accomplishments, and proud of his family. He never hesitated to give each of us "the pat on the back" when we did a good job.

APPLICATION-

Today .... I did a good job...... and had the urge to tell him all about it

REFLECTION -

Sometimes the people you love are not there to "give you a pat on the back" ... give yourself one and know that it's okay to celebrate alone
